The terms that apply when you book exterior cleaning services with Kal Power-Washing.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Kal Power-Washing for exterior cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Kal Power-Washing provides professional exterior cleaning services including but not limited to:

  • Power washing and soft washing for residential and commercial properties
  • Roof cleaning and treatment services
  • Deck, patio, and driveway cleaning
  • Gutter cleaning and maintenance
  • Window cleaning (exterior)
  • Property maintenance plans for businesses and HOAs

3. Service Agreements

All services require a signed Service Agreement before work commences. The Service Agreement includes:

  • Detailed scope of work and preparation checklist
  • Guarantee terms and conditions
  • Payment terms and schedule
  • Safety protocols and property protection measures
  • Insurance and licensing information

4. Scheduling and Timing

Service dates are scheduled based on weather conditions and availability. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to:

  • Inclement weather that could damage property or compromise safety
  • Equipment failure or technical issues
  • Emergency situations or high-priority service calls
  • Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control

5. Property Preparation

Customers are responsible for:

  • Moving vehicles, outdoor furniture, and personal items from work areas
  • Ensuring adequate water access for our equipment
  • Securing or removing fragile items from cleaning areas
  • Keeping windows and doors closed during cleaning operations
  • Restricting pet access to work areas during service

6. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is based on:

  • Property size and square footage calculations
  • Surface type and condition
  • Level of cleaning required (standard vs. deep cleaning)
  • Accessibility and safety considerations

Payment is due according to terms specified in the Service Agreement. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment links may be provided for online transactions.

7. Insurance and Liability

Kal Power-Washing maintains comprehensive general liability insurance and is fully licensed. We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage or wear on surfaces
  • Items not properly prepared or removed by the customer
  • Damage to fragile or improperly secured items
  • Normal wear and tear that may occur post-cleaning

8. Guarantee

We guarantee our work meets professional standards. If you are not satisfied with our service quality, please contact us within 7 days for a re-service at no additional charge.

9. Cancellation Policy

Services may be cancelled with 24-hour notice. Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice may be subject to a service call fee. Weather-related cancellations are rescheduled at no additional cost.

10. Safety Protocols

We follow strict safety protocols including:

  • Proper PPE and safety equipment for all crew members
  • Safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
  • Property protection measures for landscaping and fixtures
  • Environmental protection during cleaning operations
