Payment is due according to terms specified in the Service Agreement. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment links may be provided for online transactions.
7. Insurance and Liability
Kal Power-Washing maintains comprehensive general liability insurance and is fully licensed. We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage or wear on surfaces
- Items not properly prepared or removed by the customer
- Damage to fragile or improperly secured items
- Normal wear and tear that may occur post-cleaning
8. Guarantee
We guarantee our work meets professional standards. If you are not satisfied with our service quality, please contact us within 7 days for a re-service at no additional charge.
9. Cancellation Policy
Services may be cancelled with 24-hour notice. Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice may be subject to a service call fee. Weather-related cancellations are rescheduled at no additional cost.

We follow strict safety protocols including:
